Graham H. Ryan is a commercial litigation partner at Jones Walker LLP and a trusted legal advisor in the technology, energy, finance, and healthcare industries. Graham is a nationally recognized authority on AI legal issues. His work has been published in the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology, the most cited legal technology journal in the world. Graham has been quoted on AI law and policy in various publications such as The Wall Street Journal and the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing memoranda on AI. He regularly presents on AI topics and has provided legislative testimony on AI law and regulation.  

Graham holds an international designation as an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and is a distinguished member of the American Society for AI. He holds a B.S. in Business Finance and a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University, and is pursuing an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in AI Law & Regulation from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2025).
