Jennifer Bernard-Allen, CPA, MS

Director, Tax Services

Jennifer’s career includes experience with the preparation of entity and individual tax returns for high net worth individuals. Her clients have included C corporations, consolidated C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, individuals, trusts, gifts, and estates in industries ranging from real estate developers to personal service firms to hospitality and entertainment.

Jennifer has worked directly with the owners of family-owned businesses and their managers to navigate issues such as compensation plan analyses, the transition from C corporation to S corporation, quarterly financial statement analyses, and estimate planning. She has also provided federal and state tax credits and incentives services. Jennifer is a co-leader of the LaPorte Real Estate Industry Group and a member of the LaPorte Professional Services Industry Group. She began her professional career in 2003.

 

Micah J. Stewart, LL.M. in Taxation

Director, Tax Services

Micah has experience in international tax planning and tax planning for partnerships, S corporations, corporations, individuals, gratuitous transfers, trusts, and estates. The services he provides include business and tax planning for national and international companies and assistance with reorganization, merger, and acquisition tax issues.
