Litigation Issues in Estate Planning: A Case Study of Undue Influence, Duress, Fiduciary Relationships, the Elderly and Testamentary Intent

 

BRUCE SPIZER is a native of New Orleans. He is a Board Certified Tax Attorney, a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist and a non-practicing CPA. Bruce received his law degree from Tulane Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude and Order of the Coif and served as Business Manager for the Tulane Law Review. He also received his Masters in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Tulane University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Bruce is a member of the American and Louisiana Bar Associations as well as the New Orleans Bar Association, where he served as chairman of the Tax Law Committee for three years. He is a past president of both the New Orleans Estate Planning Council and the Association of Employee Benefit Planners of New Orleans. He is a frequent lecturer in the areas of estate planning, tax and business planning, trusts and estates, deferred compensation and qualified retirement plans. In his other life, Bruce is the author of eight critically acclaimed books on the Beatles and is considered the world’s leading expert on the group’s American record releases.
